Amine Boutalbi is an experienced economic expert and financial advisor dedicated to advancing Arab–African cooperation and strengthening investment and trade relations between the two regions.
He currently serves as President of the Arab-African Center for Investment and Development (CAAID), where he leads strategic initiatives aimed at fostering public–private partnerships and promoting sustainable economic development across Africa and the Arab world.
Mr. Boutalbi also represents the African Export–Import Bank (Afreximbank) as an Economic Ambassador in the region and provides consulting and trade advisory services for several African countries, including Uganda in Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, and Mauritania.
In addition to his executive roles, he is a frequent speaker and researcher at international conferences and forums, contributing to discussions on African and Arab economic affairs and regional integration.
